Classes & Workshops

Whether you're picking up a brush for the first time, preparing a Matric portfolio, or want to try printmaking with friends, I offer classes and workshops in any medium, tailored to your level, your goals and your schedule.

What I offer

  • Classes and workshops in any medium, including drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, papermaking and cyanotype.
  • Private one-on-one classes and small group sessions (maximum 10 people).
  • In-person and online classes.
  • Group bookings for team-building, birthdays and events.
  • Any skill level is welcome, from complete beginners to advanced students.

How classes work

  • Classes are a minimum of 2 hours and can extend to a full day.
  • Sessions can be once-off or ongoing, tailored to what you need and are able to do.
  • Classes can take place at your home, at your school (if the student can arrange it), in my studio (when space is available), or online.
  • Evening classes are available and priced differently.

Prices

  • High school students: R500 per month
  • High school students using my art materials: R850 per month
  • Matric exam project and portfolio support: R700 per month
  • Workshops: priced according to the medium and the number of people
  • Other classes and arrangements: prices can be negotiated
  • Gift vouchers are available.

What you take home

  • You take home your finished work.
  • With printmaking workshops, you also take home the materials included in your package, so you can continue exploring the medium on your own.

What to wear

  • Clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

Booking and payment

  • Book by emailing linde.kriel@icloud.com with your preferred medium, dates, number of people and location.
  • Payment is required upfront to confirm your booking.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice.
